Privacy Policy
The short version: 3idata.com is an informational website that collects no personal data from visitors. It uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party trackers, and it has no accounts, logins, or forms. This policy explains that in full and describes the limited data we handle if you choose to email us.
1. Who we are and what this covers
3iDATA LLC ("3iDATA," "we," "us," or "our") is a Florida limited liability company. This Privacy Policy applies only to the public website at 3idata.com. It does not cover our products, which are governed by their own privacy policies — for our certification platform CertLabPro, see certlabpro.com/privacy.
2. Information we do not collect
This site is intentionally built to be privacy-respecting by default. We do not set cookies, use
localStorage, run analytics (such as Google Analytics), embed advertising or social-media
tracking pixels, fingerprint your device, or profile visitors in any way. There is no account system, no
newsletter signup, and no contact form that transmits data to a server. Because there is nothing to
consent
to, the site shows no cookie banner.
3. Information you provide if you contact us
The only way you share personal information with us through this site is by choosing to email us at info@3idata.com. When you do, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use that information solely to read and respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share it, and we do not add you to any marketing list.
4. Hosting and technical logs
The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services (Amazon S3 and Amazon CloudFront). As with virtually any website, our hosting and content-delivery provider may automatically process standard technical request data — such as IP address, browser user-agent, requested URL, and timestamp — transiently, to deliver pages and protect against abuse. We do not use this data to identify or profile individual visitors, and we do not combine it with any other information. AWS acts as our infrastructure provider and processes this data under its own privacy terms.
5. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), or Brazil's LGPD — including the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. Because the only personal data we hold is email correspondence you have sent us, exercising these rights is straightforward: email info@3idata.com and we will respond within a reasonable time, and in any event within the period required by applicable law. We apply these rights to all visitors as a matter of policy, regardless of location.
6. Data retention
We keep email correspondence only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and to meet any legal or record-keeping obligations — typically no more than three (3) years — after which it is deleted. We store no other personal data about site visitors.
7. International visitors
The site is available worldwide. The minimal technical request data described in Section 4 may be processed on servers operated by our hosting provider in the United States and other regions. We do not transfer any personal data beyond the email correspondence you choose to send us.
8. Children's privacy
This site is intended for a professional and general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, please contact us so we can delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here; please review the page periodically.
